Hello and Welcome I'm Marc, welcome to my little world! There is a lot to who I am, Im half Indian and quater Irish and quater French, I grew up first in St Kilda Melbourne then my last place with my mother was in a commune near Bellingen. Then I moved from home at 14 and moved around northern NSW coast till youth and community services put me in a refuge, from there around 15 I moved to Melbourne again, got a trainee ship at the A.B.C. and had my own crappy young band after Id finished that and was over my band I then got an itch to move to Sydney. A mate of mine who wanted to go to NIDA and I bought an XP Ford Falcon for $400 and put PA speakers in the back seat packed all out shit and drove to Sydney.. within a few days I met Mark Easton, I met him again by destiny more than chance I believe 3 more times within 2 weeks of my being in Sydney, I played him a demo tape of my playing and voila! Harlots started pretty much straight after that.. I've have lived in many many places and done, seen and been through shit that is so far from healthy, far to much for the time i have been alive, I've been married had kids, been on methadone for many years became an alcoholic then after many years of the same old shit got to my rock bottom of my rock bottoms of life and somehow by the powers of greyskull ended up in a long term rehab, finished that.. I struggled with drinking and sleepers off and on for a while till i sank again.. then boom.. I just stopped.. I dont drink or drug at all.. and havent for what may seem a short amount of time and i guess it is.. I am just celebrated on the 28th of Febuary 2008 my first year sober, but I know what i was like and things have changed because I made them change.. anyways all the shit in a sense is not always to me a bad thing, as I have learnt so very much however now as truly committed recovering addict my life is smooth and I'm happy. For any who have known me through my "not there" years or occasions I apologize if you've ever met me hahah.Ok well here are some of the bands I've been in, Dragonfly a band i put together in 2004 also The Candy Harlots, Screaming Tribesmen, Drop Zero, Shock Therapy, Strip Poker, Toy Child, Pokket Foxx, Freakshow, Brindle Suite, Dead Porn Stars Club, Mason Rack blues band and many session or fill in jobs live and studio with loads of Different Bands and other peoples Solo Projects. I also Teach and do Session work for various Artists and including Guitar Clinics for Charvel USA, I've also been privileged to play with many cool bands like The Cult, D.A.D, Divinyls, Cheap Trick, The Angles with Doc and many other cool bands. I've met the Prince and Princes of Wales and held a meeting with the then Priminister of Australia through N.I.C.A. I have jamed a trogs cover on stage with Rachel Bowland from Skids. All in all I've had a very interesting life..
